1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the user (“User” or “you”) and the Company/Service Provider (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), which operates a social and matchmaking platform offering features such as posts, stories, messaging, tarot card reading predictions, and related services (“Services”).

By accessing, installing, activating, or using our Services—whether through our website, mobile application, or any other channel—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including any related policies such as the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other policies issued by the Company from time to time.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

Users must be at least 20 years of age to register an account and use the Company’s Services. If it is found that a User is below the required age, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately without prior notice.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to their name, age, email address, phone number, and any other information requested by the system. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and must not share access with unauthorized persons.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to a User’s account. Users must notify the Company immediately if they suspect their account has been compromised.

3. Description of Services

Our Services include, but are not limited to, providing an online platform that facilitates interaction and relationship-building among users, along with special features such as tarot card prediction, personalized recommendations, and other content.

Users may create personal profiles, input personal information, and access various features in order to discover, communicate, and interact with other users, including posts, stories, and other content-based functions.

The Company strives to provide Services that are smooth, secure, and private; however, the Company cannot guarantee results from any user interactions or predictions. Users acknowledge and accept that outcomes from relationships, communications, or tarot-based predictions vary depending on personal circumstances. The Company’s responsibility is limited solely to providing the platform and features as described.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Users who wish to access premium features or paid Services must make payment through the channels designated by the Company. A payment is considered complete once confirmed by the Company.

Users acknowledge that certain paid features are non-refundable, and the Company reserves the right to approve refunds only in cases of system error or Company-related deficiencies. All payments and usage of paid features are subject to the Company’s terms and conditions, which Users agree to comply with strictly.

5. User Generated Content (UGC)

Users may create and upload content such as photos, text, profile information, and messages. Users retain ownership of the content they create; however, by using the Services, Users grant the Company a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, publish, and display such content for the purposes of service delivery, platform improvement, or promotional activities.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of the content they upload and must not post content that violates intellectual property rights, infringes privacy, contains defamation, or violates any laws.
The Company reserves the right to remove or suspend any content deemed inappropriate without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any loss arising from such removal.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must use the Services with integrity and respect for others. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening other users
• Posting offensive, defamatory, copyrighted, or privacy-infringing content
• Posting explicit or sexually inappropriate material
• Fraud, impersonation, or any form of deception
• Unauthorized advertising or spam
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Company’s systems
• Damaging or interfering with another user’s data or the platform’s operation

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Company operates the Services with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.

Users acknowledge that:

• The Company does not guarantee success in relationships or accuracy of predictions.
• Tarot and prediction features provide guidance only and not guaranteed outcomes.
• The Company is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic damages arising from use of the Services.
• Use of the Services is at the User’s own risk.

The Company’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Service Provider Rights (Termination / Suspension)

The Company may suspend or terminate a User’s account immediately and without prior notice if:

• The User violates any Terms or policies
• The User provides false or incomplete information
• Unauthorized account access or security issues arise
• The Company determines that continued use poses risks to the platform or others

The Company is not liable for any consequences or damages resulting from termination or suspension.

9. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand (or other jurisdictions designated by the Company).
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless stated otherwise.

Special Terms for the “Tarot Card Reading Prediction” Feature

A. Feature Description

The tarot reading feature is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is designed to offer insights or perspectives and is not a precise prediction tool, nor is it professional advice in legal, medical, mental health, financial, or life management matters.

Users may submit personal questions and receive readings in text or graphic format. The Company cannot guarantee accuracy or outcomes of any predictions. Use of the tarot feature is voluntary and at the User’s own risk.

B. Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that:

• Tarot readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only
• The Company and tarot readers do not guarantee future outcomes
• The Company is not responsible for decisions made based on readings
• Users in severe emotional distress, mental health conditions, or crises should seek professional support

The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of tarot predictions.

C. Data Collected for Tarot Feature

The Company may collect data you submit through the tarot feature, including:

• Questions, topics, or personal inquiries
• Personal data such as birth date, gender, or profile information
• Uploaded photos, audio, or videos
• Reading outputs such as text summaries, audio recordings, or videos

Such data may be stored for analysis, feature improvement, and usage history. Users may request deletion of tarot reading history subject to the Company’s procedures.

D. Privacy & Sensitive Data

Users acknowledge that tarot-related data may involve sensitive personal information.
The Company will follow its Privacy Policy regarding data protection; however, Users should exercise discretion when submitting sensitive data. If the feature allows sharing of readings, the Company cannot guarantee non-disclosure by other parties.

E. Payment for Tarot Services

Accessing tarot reading features may require payment through credits, one-time purchases, or subscriptions.
If readings are provided by third-party readers, payments follow agreements between the User and the reader.

The Company does not guarantee satisfaction and does not offer refunds once a reading has begun.

F. Quality Control & Moderation

The Company reserves the right to monitor, review, and moderate tarot readings to ensure safety and compliance, including addressing:

• Harmful or fear-inducing messages
• Dangerous advice (self-harm, etc.)
• Harassment or inappropriate communication
• Violations of ethical guidelines

Tarot readers must adhere to Company standards.

G. Age Restriction

Due to emotional sensitivity associated with tarot readings, Users under 20 years old should access the feature only under parental or guardian guidance.
The Company may restrict access for users below the minimum age.
