Zwinkle
Child Safety Standards
1. Who may use Zwinkle
- Zwinkle is available only to people aged 18 or older. The app is rated for adults and asks for the user's date of birth during sign-up; accounts that do not meet the age requirement cannot be created.
- Any account discovered to belong to a minor, or to be used to contact a minor, is terminated immediately.
- Users may only represent themselves. Impersonation of a minor, or presenting oneself as a minor, is prohibited.
2. Prohibited conduct (CSAE)
The following are strictly prohibited anywhere in Zwinkle — in profiles, photos, posts, comments, chat messages, voice calls, date plans and any other feature — and result in permanent account removal:
- Uploading, sharing, requesting, describing or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, computer-generated or AI-generated depictions.
- Grooming: attempting to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation, on or off the platform.
- Sextortion: threatening or coercing anyone, including minors, to obtain sexual content or favours.
- Sexualisation of minors: any content or behaviour that depicts, describes or presents a minor in a sexual manner.
- Trafficking or advertising a minor for sexual exploitation, and any attempt to arrange in-person contact with a minor.
- Using Zwinkle to find, contact or exchange any of the above with other users, or to direct users to other services for that purpose.
3. How we enforce these standards
- In-app reporting. Every chat conversation and every post carries a Report option, and any user can be reported from the conversation with them. Reports can be filed at any time and are reviewed by our safety team. Users can also Block another user instantly, and can pre-block phone contacts so that specific people never appear to them.
- Automated screening. Text sent through the app — messages, posts, comments and date plans — is screened by our content filters before delivery.
- Human moderation. Our safety team reviews reports through an internal moderation console, with the authority to remove content, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and preserve evidence.
- Removal and reporting of CSAM. When we become aware of CSAM or CSAE on our service we remove the content, terminate the account, preserve the relevant records, and report it to the appropriate authorities, including the NCMEC CyberTipline and, in Thailand, the Thailand Internet Crimes Against Children (TICAC) task force of the Royal Thai Police.
- Cooperation with law enforcement. We respond to lawful requests from law-enforcement agencies investigating child safety matters.
4. Compliance with child safety laws
JUST Dating Co., Ltd. complies with applicable child protection laws, including Thailand's Child Protection Act B.E. 2546 (2003), the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) as amended, the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), and the child safety requirements of the app stores on which Zwinkle is distributed, including the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
5. How to report a concern
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. In Thailand call 191 or the Child Protection Hotline 1300.
To report CSAE, CSAM or a child safety concern involving Zwinkle:
- Use the Report button on the profile, message or post inside the app, or
